A native Louisvillian, Kate joined Baird in 2012, partnering with Jamie, her father, and Jenifer Williams. She previously worked with Altman Insurance Services as an account manager where she managed small group employer benefits as well as assisted on large group plans. She received her BA and Minor in Spanish Language Studies from College of Charleston in 2003.
In her personal life, she spends time with her husband and children, along with their rescue pets. She also enjoys her philanthropy work with local animal rescues as well as family and children service organizations.
