Hope was born and raised in Louisville, and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville. Before joining The Williams Hendon Blake-Pearson Group in 2025, she spent over a decade in Operations at Baird. Hope provides a well-rounded understanding of operational procedures, with a strong dedication to supporting her team.
